Please note this cottage will cease to be holiday cottage from the 28th August 2011. 

 

If you would like the peace and tranquillity of the bush, but want the convenience of being close to town, this is the

cottage for you. Plus, it is furnished with quality furnishings.   

 

 

The cottage is equipped with everything you will need. Just bring yourselves, clothes & food and you are all set

for a relaxing holiday. It is ideal for a short or long stay, a number of couples, or a family.  There is an ensuite

attached to the main bedroom and a separate bathroom, making it perfect for 2 couples.

    Sun Room The sunroom pays tribute to the indigenous people of Australia.  It includes a display of aboriginal

    decorative artwork and implements.  This room looks out to the west.  It is an ideal spot to sit on a cold winter’s

    afternoon, while sipping a cuppa or catching up on a bit of reading.

    Large Decked Undercover Patio / BBQ Area. This area looks easterly out onto the forest. Enjoy quiet

    breakfasts out on the deck; soaking up the sun’s early morning rays and of course later in day it’s the

    perfect spot for a casual Bbq.

   Bathroom - Shower, vanity, single spa bath. A baby’s bath is available on request.  Towels and toiletries are

   provided.

   Enclosed backyard & front decking. A fence has been erected around the front decking; a gate has been

   added across the driveway near the front steps and part of the backyard has been fenced to make it enclosed. 

   The addition of this fencing has made the property reasonably secure for small children and family dogs. 

 

   Plenty of off-street parking - Ample room for boats.             

 

   Pet dogs are welcome - The fencing is waist height, suitable for small to medium dogs.

 

  

 

  Our property doesn't have a pool; however Echuca has an Olympic size heated indoor pool and the river

  is close by. Echuca has a huge range of activities including the Historic River Port Precinct and its

  associated activities; Echuca also has an excellent cinema complex, ten pin bowling and a host of other

  facilities to keep the whole family occupied.  These are all within a 1 to 2 km radius of “Rivers Run”.
