"All The Rivers" is located 900m SE of the Echuca post office, in a quiet location. It is located in a quiet residential street in an older area of Echuca; it has many restored heritage homes in the vicinity - making it a very nice area to stay. It is close enough to attractions and Echuca’s shopping centre to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. It takes less than 10 minutes to comfortably walk to the main shopping area, a little bit longer to the Port Precinct and Murray River.

The cottage is tastefully decorated with an Echuca - Moama atmosphere.  Red Gum timber is a feature.  Some of the furnishings have been hand crafted by your host - Graham (a qualified cabinet maker) from Red Gum timber, examples include, the bed heads, bedside drawers, coffee table, mantle piece & TV cabinet.

 

Our cottage has been rated by AAATourism (RACV and other State Motoring Associations) as 4 ˝ Star accommodation - "Excellent quality accommodation, furnishings and facilities, plus some additional features and items to create extra comfort"Extras include: A Double Corner Spa Bath, Gas Log Fire complete with a Red Gum Mantelpiece, Red Gum Furnishings, Quality Romantic Bed Linen, and a Dishwasher.      

 

We have incorporated all of the features we feel are needed for a relaxing holiday.  The cottage is fully self-contained, with its own private yard and a beautifully landscaped outdoor patio and bbq area - creating a very tranquil environment.  You can totally relax, as there are no other guests to worry about. The children and pet dogs are safe in the completely enclosed yard.

The cottage is equipped with everything you will need. Just bring yourselves, clothes and food and you are all set for a relaxing holiday. It is ideal for a short or long stay, a number of couples, or a family.  There is an ensuite off the main bedroom and a bathroom adjacent to the other bedrooms, making it perfect for 2 couples.  If you are a single couple and are worried that a three bedroom cottage is too big - don’t be -our tariffs take that into account and you can close off the other bedrooms making it feel like a one bedroom cottage. We Feel we have Created a Very Special Cottage, with a B & B Feel that the Whole Family Can Enjoy.

Lockable covered garage.  The entrance to the garage is 2.4m (8 ft) wide, making it suitable for most boat trailers.  It opens into the patio area, with enough room to park a boat and car safely under cover and off the street.

Only 2 minute drive to the nearest boat ramp.

Fully enclosed front and rear yards. Both children and dog safe - no escapees!

A children's playground is a only a few blocks away.

Pet dogs are welcome and our property is pet friendly. See PETS for guidelines.  If you wish to exercise your dog, a fully fenced, dog friendly, off-lead area is only 3 blocks away.

Our property doesn't have a pool, however Echuca has an Olympic size heated indoor pool and the river is close by. Echuca has a huge range of activities including the Historic River Port Precinct and its associated activities; Echuca also has an excellent cinema complex, ten pin bowling and a host of other facilities to keep the whole family occupied.  These are all within a 1 to 1.5km radius of our “All The Rivers”.  Click on the Echuca-Moama Attractions link for a comprehensive guide to what there is to see and do in and around Echuca-Moama.
